D\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed je nutnost. V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se z d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed stal jak\u00fdsi fenom\u00e9n, a\u017e z toho m\u016f\u017eeme m\u00edt gul\u00e1\u0161 v hlav\u011b. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s se o d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bco m\u00e1lo dozv\u011bd\u011bl u\u017e na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kole. Kdo nezn\u00e1, \u017ee d\u00fdchat m\u016f\u017eeme nosem nebo pusou a vzduch jde do plic? D\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zlep\u0161it to, jak se c\u00edt\u00edme a p\u0159itom je to zadarmo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-9a60084f-8300-4cd4-851e-f375ccafe00f\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>D\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed nosem nebo pusou?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"block-abac9844-841a-4412-b081-00c33b2e09ab\">Kdy\u017e se rozeb\u011bhnu, rozjedu po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b na b\u011b\u017ek\u00e1ch a zv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed se pot\u0159eba kysl\u00edku, za\u010dneme p\u0159irozen\u011b po chv\u00edli d\u00fdchat \u00fasty, po chv\u00edli se u toho taky rozka\u0161lu, proto\u017ee chyb\u00ed oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vzduchu nosem. To je v\u0161echno v po\u0159\u00e1dku, ale co u\u017e nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b ok je d\u00fdchat po\u0159\u00e1d a neust\u00e1le jenom pusou, hlavn\u011b v noci, proto\u017ee krom toho, \u017ee budeme v\u00edce chr\u00e1pat, m\u016f\u017eeme se dostat a\u017e do stavu, kdy se do na\u0161eho t\u011bla dostane m\u00e9n\u011b kysl\u00edku, proto\u017ee kdykoli, kdy si lehnete a us\u00edn\u00e1te, st\u00e1hne gravitace jazyka m\u011bkkou tk\u00e1\u0148 v krku dolu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se uzav\u00edraj\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00ed cesty ( James Nestor, Dech, st. 54). Dal\u0161\u00edmi pomalu nastupuj\u00edc\u00edmi probl\u00e9my mohou b\u00fdt zm\u011bna n\u00e1lady, porucha u\u010den\u00ed, kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed tlaku a tak d\u00e1le, proto\u017ee se prost\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed stresov\u00fd hormon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"block-fa95df79-c8ab-4ef1-b3ad-50960318b8a4\">Hodn\u011b z n\u00e1s m\u00e1 ucpan\u00fd nos nebo k\u0159ivou nosn\u00ed p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017eku a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem n\u00e1m chyb\u00ed pr\u016fchodnost. <em>J\u00e1 sama d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed pusou nesn\u00e1\u0161\u00edm a n\u011bkolik let jsem \u017eila s t\u00edm, \u017ee jsem m\u011bla k\u0159ivou nosn\u00ed p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017eku po \u00farazu, a kdy\u017e jsem m\u011bla r\u00fdmu, strkala jsem si ukazov\u00e1\u010dek do nosn\u00ed d\u00edrky, abych si d\u00edrku rozt\u00e1hla.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"block-215b27f3-3807-4d50-b5d6-5ef88dd4f92a\">Jak zv\u00fd\u0161it pr\u016fchodnost? Sta\u010d\u00ed oby\u010dejn\u00e1 nosn\u00ed sprcha. J\u00e1 jsem se ji &#8222;punkov\u011b&#8220; nau\u010dila p\u0159i r\u00fdm\u011b nebo nachlazen\u00ed. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011bkdo by ze m\u011b ze\u0161\u00edlel, ale za m\u011b ide\u00e1l: do misky si d\u00e1m vodu, p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b, klidn\u011b p\u016fl l\u017ei\u010dky soli, zacpu si jednu nosn\u00ed d\u00edrku a druhou vodu vdechnu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"block-3056a58c-4aa8-416a-bc54-c06b5519f08d\">D\u00edky d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed nosem m\u016f\u017eeme ovlivnit celou \u0159adu funkc\u00ed v na\u0161em t\u011ble, proto\u017ee dutiny uvol\u0148uj\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd hraje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli v povzbuzen\u00ed krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu.
